-Entry fees can be paid through the app or at the show by cash/good checks only, no credit cards.

Arrival:
Pigs may arrive anytime after 3 PM on Friday, September 6

Check Ins:
Friday, September 6, 5-8 PM
Saturday, September 7, 7:30-9 AM

Show Times:
Saturday, September 7 at 10 AM

Pens:
-Around 250-300 pens, first come first serve. Reserve number of pens on Showman.app. One 200lb+ pig/pen. Smaller pigs, double up. No tack pens.
-After 9am on Saturday, you’re more than welcome to spread out.
-Shavings not provided.

Showing off trailer:
-Plenty of space to park. Indicate if you are showing off the trailer when making entries.
-If electric is needed, a camping space can purchased or you can bring your own generator. Spaces next to barns are limited.

Seating:
Plenty of bleachers in the show arena.

Food:
Food concessions will be on the ground. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Vendors:
-Supply trailer will be on site.
-Event shirts available to purchase if you didn’t buy one while making entries.

Camping/Hotels:
-Plenty of camping sites on grounds. Must register through Showman.app but can pay at the time of check in, if desired. Rate $50/night. Everyone that is camping will receive a tag and pass to have on camper and cord for proof of payment.
-Many hotels in the area.

Other:
-Cornhole tournament on Friday starting at 6pm. $10 per team.
-Silent auction on Saturday.
