SUMMARY:Jr. Fair Alpacas: Show and Building Update
DESCRIPTION:For comfort\, space\, and safety reasons\, the alpacas will be housed in a different location on the fairgrounds.  They will be housed in building 19 (see picture below) and will be shown in the center show arena in the round barn.  Building 19 is between the Junior Fair Display barn (building 16) and the north wing of the Round Barn. They will not be housed and shown in the Ed Sands/Farm Bureau building as listed in the 2025 fair program. \n \nThese adorable animals with amazing personality will be judged beginning at 1 pm.  Come and see why they are loved by so  many.

We welcome A-Ha and Fairfield County Master Gardeners who will provide guidance and nurturing.  Look for Kids’ Day areas in the wings of the Round Cattle Barn\, \nMom\, Dad\, Grandma\, and Grandpa–there is a chance for you to relax on a bench while you watch (supervise) them as they earn stickers and make items that are easily transportable during the rest of your visit to the fair. \n

DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity for those who have sensitivity to loud noises and lights to enjoy select rides on the Midway.\nWho’s Invited:  Individuals with a developmental disability who are sensitive to flashing lights and loud noise. \nDetails: Kissel Entertainment will open 5 to 7 rides that are moderate to low intensity. Lights and music will be turned off to further reduce intensity.
