Fairfield County Agricultural Society
In addition to fair week, we also offer the following services:
The Fairfield County Fairgrounds is open from dusk to dawn throughout the year and is a beautiful spot for walking, special events, camper/RV storage and camping for special events. Information is available at the links below or by calling the fair office at 740-653-3041.
Rentals
Storage
Winter storage is available in fairground buildings for boats, cars, campers and trailers. Cost is $12.00 per foot (tip-to-tip).

Camping
2024 RV AND CAMPER RULES AND REGULATIONS
All current camp spot holders, anyone on the current waiting list or any applicants wanting a camp spot must complete an application and submit it to the Fair Administration Building to be considered for a slot for the 2025 Fair. The applicant must submit the application in person with a photo ID by 7:00 pm on the last day of the fair.
The rental fee for all spots is $400.
Rental of a camper space for the fair includes up to sixteen days. The camping period for the fair begins as early as September 28th, 2024 (two Saturdays before the start of the fair) through October 13th, 2024 (Sunday immediately following the fair).
Camper Rules:
- Campers/RV’s must fit within their LOT Your camper/ RV includes the bumper and anything attached to it and the hitch. If your camper does not fit within the lot lines that will be marked, you will be removed from the spot and you will forfeit your spot.
- Camper parking permit cards must be picked up before your camper is placed and must be displayed in the front window.
- Camper site agreements are not transferable to anyone other than a surviving spouse, if death occurs.

- Camping spots may not be used to park anything other than a camper/RV.
- No vehicles (cars, trucks, golf carts, ) are allowed to park within the designated driveways.
- Authorized RV’s & Campers shall only be permitted to park in designated camping areas the week before and the week of the Fairfield County Violator’s camper/vehicle will be removed from the fair grounds.

- Failure to comply with the above rules will result in forfeiture of all premiums, camping privileges and the removal of the camper from the fairgrounds. The Fairfield County Agricultural Society reserves the right to cancel a lot contract at any time or refuse or reject any application for camping. Campers agree not to hold the Fairfield County Agricultural Society responsible for damage or accidents of any sort. You may add your name to the waiting list for a camping spot by coming into the office. As a camping spot becomes available, the name or names at the top of the list will be contacted to fill the available spot. Individuals on the camp waiting list are responsible for keeping their address and telephone number current. The Fairfield County Agricultural Society will call when a spot becomes available; you will have 24 hours to respond. If the Fairfield County Agricultural Society cannot reach you, they will move on to the next name on the list and you will be removed from the list. Proof of the above rules will apply.
