SUMMARY:97th Annual ODGA Buckeye Classic
DESCRIPTION:The 97th Annual ODGA Buckeye Classic will be on May 16 & 17\, 2025.  The last day to submit online entries is 5/17/25. \nShow Chair: Tammy Gottfried\, 419-457-2831 or odga1927@gmail.com \nArrival \n\n5/16/25 from 2 to 8 pm; Bucks MUST  be checked in by 5:30 pm\n5/17/25 from 6 am to 8 am: Does MUST  be checked in by 8:00am\n\nCheck-in  \n\nGOATS ARE TO ARRIVE ONLY DURING THE POSTED TIMES.\nUpon arrival\, all goats are to be checked by show/ health personnel.\nAnyone arriving outside of the posted arrival times will be asked to leave and will not be able to enter the Buckeye Classic show the following year.\nPens may be purchased or show from your trailer.\nArrival times apply for trailer stalling also.\nAnimals are released when they have completed showing.\n\nHealth Checks \n\nA current Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days of the show is required for ALL OUT OF STATE ANIMALS.\nAnimals arriving will be inspected by a veterinarian or show committee member. Any animal exhibiting visible signs of infectious diseases will not be permitted to be unloaded or to show. The decision of the veterinarian will be final.\nGOATS ARE TO ARRIVE ONLY DURING THE TIMES NOTED AND ARE NOT TO BE UNLOADED UNTIL THE HEALTH CHECK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. EXHIBITORS WILL BE PROVIDED A CHECK-IN CARD AND IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO THE BARN STEWARD FOR PENNING AND AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE FOR CHECK-IN.\nAnyone requiring veterinary services will be responsible for any expenses incurred for their animals\nAll animals must be from herds that are registered in the National Scrapie Database. They must be properly tattooed or tagged with proper identification.
