Conditions and Information

1. All entries close at 10:00 A.M., three (3) days before scheduled race.

2. Telephone entries to the clerk at (513) 594-7606 beginning at 8:00 A.M.

3. No Lasix Veterinarian on the grounds. Lasix is the trainer’s responsibility.

4. Rain date is Friday October 13, 2023. Post Time 1:00 PM

5. Current negative Coggins test is required.

6. OSRC and USTA Rules to govern with exceptions. Rules of OCRA to govern Stake Races.

7. The Fairfield County Fair reserves the right to cancel any overnight or late closing event not receiving five (5) or more entries. Sub races may be used if overnights do not fill.

8. Entry Fees:

$100 per horse for OCRA Stake Races

$50 per horse for Signature Series events

$35 per horse for overnight events

9. Purse Distributions: 50% – 25% – 12% – 8% – 5%

10. EIN or SSN for owners are required before any purse money will be paid.

11. The Fairfield County Fair is not responsible for any accidents on or off the track.

12. Buckeye Consortium passes honored at the gate on racing days only.

13. On-Track Accident Insurance Policy in effect.
